In previous post, I spoke about my desire to do things my way and see them succeed. I further discussed how I am working on having a more team-oriented mindset. Thinking about this more, I believe the root of my wanting to do it my way is so I feel that I matter, make a difference, am important. This is because of my conditioning to focus more on DOING rather than on BEING. I judge myself based on what I achieve, what I do. Rather than loving myself unconditionally and being happy for simply existing and being.
