An acquaintance of mine recently asked me if I have any previous experience in education prior to working at the preschool this past year. I listed a few of my related experiences off the top of my head. While doing this I realized that I really do have a lot of experiences, so later on I wrote them all down. It felt validating to chart it all out.
What I learned was it is important to keep track of the “little” (informal) things. Because you never know if they might become your big thing.
