This morning I went to an outdoor mall to buy new glasses. I came straight from a doctor’s appointment so I got there 30 minutes before opening. I figured I would kill time somehow.
Then I saw the shop keepers and managers coming to open their stores. As a small business owner myself, I imagined the feelings these individuals were having as they were arriving to open their shop on Sunday at noon: hoping to sell their products, get a steady customer flow. As they unlocked their store doors, they were opening their hearts to new business and new opportunity.
