As the adult-coloring-book trend shows, adults need crafts to keep them sane. Drawing makes me feel like a kid, but that doesn’t mean it’s intended ONLY for kids. Giving myself time to draw reminds me to hold on to other aspects of childhood that I may have lost over the years: living in the moment and being explorative and creative.
