Outdoor Workouts Abound As Gyms Close

I miss the gym, but I am enjoying seeing more people on the street—jogging, going for walks. It’s lovely, especially with spring blossoming around us.

I’m also enjoying my outdoor jogs, which I hadn’t done for quite a while.

When you work out outdoors, you get the endorphins of the exercise, as well as the added endorphins of being immersed in nature! It’s a win-win!
