If I hadn’t recently injured my back, I wouldn’t have:
1- Met my awesome physical therapist who is passionate about her work and adorable to boot!
2- Gone into the hot tub post-swim last Sunday where I chatted with a man about his health goals and life aspirations—a conversation which left both of us feeling inspired.
