I’ve always appreciated physical space. I grew up in a lovely two-story house. Perhaps that’s why?
But I think it’s more than that.
As a yoga instructor and wellness coach, I appreciate a space as an opportunity to set the mood. To set a tone. To invite reflection, and inner peace.
My favorite place to be is outdoors, since it is so vast and the trees absorb my energy much better than my home’s walls.
I suppose one could say, I have a very large aura.
But really we all do!
It’s just a matter of our relationship with, and access to, it.
