This morning I had a lovely idea for a blog post. But I hadn’t done my morning stretches yet and I really wanted to stick to my routine.
As I was doing some spine twists, further ideas for a blog post came up. And it reinforced for me that yoga is not hampering my morning writing ideas—quite, the opposite, it is growing them!
For our body stores our life’s memories. And engaging in yoga and other forms of bodywork, helps us process life’s experiences, releases stuckness, and improves the flow of our life force.
