Last year taking care of my daughter and working at a preschool got me missing working on a computer and doing paperwork. The quiet, the serene. The UNINTERRUPTED mental rhythm. Ahhhh.
Well today I’m appreciating paperwork for another reason. I found out yesterday that we need to move next month. Last night I couldn’t wait to get to this evening, to look at some homes up for rent.
But now this afternoon, with the appointments in the horizon, I am relishing my nutrition calculations and chart organization. As I am to soon step into the unknown (cue the Frozen II song), I am comforted by the monotony and PREDICTABILITY of paperwork.
